Upgrades to office infrastructure and technology
Some of you may have noticed changes to the way we work. Over the last 12 months we have upgraded all of the office PC's, installed a multi-function device that enables us to send and receive faxes from our desks and to scan and send printed documents via email, this will help us improve our environmental sustainability by reducing our paper usage. We are also in the process of implementing new software to replace our current student/host management system. - Premium Homestay
Beautiful Accommodation
Premium homestay has been introduced for our guests. This means that we are offering guests a premium style of accommodation. Guests can expect to find their bedroom with nice quality linen with extra blankets available in the room, built in wardrobe, large mirror, private bathroom or ensuite and air conditioning. Some of our premium homestay locations have private tennis courts, pool, spa and more. In all instances this type of accommodation offers gourmet food with a variety of meats and fish for dinner with fresh seasonal vegetables, salad and bread. Fruit is always available to the guest. - Host Family Background Check
Police Checks for Host Families
Homestay Network is one of a limited number of homestay providers registered with the Department of Education. As part of our contractual agreement with the Department we conduct police checks on ALL our families. Before we can place students or guests with any host family we require the police checks to be conducted. We ask for your understanding with this process.
