Homestay Network Hosting

Homestay Network has been the preeminent provider of the homestay accommodation services since our inception in 1987. Homestay Network hosts have always been families that are looking to share their home, lifestyle and family to provide a safe, welcoming and friendly environment for international students. Homestay Network ensure that their students are able to experience a uniquely Australian lifestyle during their stay in Australia to advance their studies regardless of the duration of their stay.

Our hosts offer quality accommodation, meals, family lifestyle that you would like to imagine your children receiving were they to stay with host families interstate or overseas.  If you believe you have what it takes to provide this for students, mostly from a non-English speaking background then read on.

Hosting national and international students for Homestay Network is an adventure that will offer you the experience of a lifetime.  Many of our hosts have been with us since 1987.  It is this knowledge that we share with all our hosts, both old and new.

We are still a family business with a real focus on the sense of family and the homestay experience. Many of our employees have hosted students for us to ensure they understand exactly what you experience and can help help through the early stages of integrating students into your family. We understand that many things have changed since 1987, especially just what an Australian family is.

Upon acceptance as a Homestay Network Host you will be invited to join our host network forum where you can ask questions of our staff and other hosts. Before you host your first student for us you will need attend our short host briefing where you meet our staff and other hosts and we will share with you some tips and tricks on being a Homestay Network Host.
