General Manager

Tina has over 10 years experience as a Management Consultant and specialist Project Manager. Tina is responsible for the management of Homestay Network on a day to day basis, management of our Tour Groups, overseeing the office and promoting Homestay Network both at home and internationally.

Tina takes particular interest in our hosts who care for guardianship students. New initiatives within Homestay Network are in place for guardianship students, please contact Tina directly to discuss these.

Administration

Geraldine has joined Homestay Network all the way from Ireland and is an integral part of our team! Geraldine works Monday to Friday managing reception and fielding all manner of queries for students, hosts and agents. Geraldine's background is also in small business management, specialising in hospitality as she managed her families bed and breakfast. Therein she has clearly learned the art of 'getting on with the job' as Geraldine is highly delivery focussed. She takes great care with our students and hosts to ensure they receive the information they need in a timely manner. Geraldine also coordinates the tour groups with Tina Holland.

Geraldine enjoys socialising and sight seeing as much of Australia as possible!

International Student Coordinator

Gail joined the Homestay Network team working on Thursday and Friday each week. Gail's background was as an Account Manager for a large International Corporation. Many of Gail's clients were from Hong Kong, China, and South Est Asian areas. This has allowed Gail a great deal of exposure to the Asian culture and she is very understanding of their customs and rituals. Gail enjoys spending time with her grand daughters, patchwork, cooking and from time to time hosting students.

Gail is unfailingly calm and diplomatic, our students and hosts feel comfortable and at ease speaking with Gail on any matter.  Please feel free to talk to Gail for either student or host questions as she is very knowledgeable about our hosting procedures.
